Oman's property market in 2026, in official numbers

• In 2025 total real estate trading was RO 3,367.8 million, almost flat on 2024, while sales contracts rose 16% to RO 1,270.3 million.
• From January to August 2026, sales contracts reached RO 952.1 million, up 14.5%, while total traded value fell 6.4% as mortgage value fell 20%.
• The residential property price index rose 24.6% year on year in the second quarter of 2026 (provisional).
