Tamlik Marketing Tools

What the tool is for

Tamlik Properties is a real estate brokerage in Muscat, Oman, and tamlikoman.com is our website. We advertise our property listings on Google. The tool helps our team do that work through Google's official APIs instead of by hand. We use it to:

• read how our Google Ads campaigns are performing;
• create and manage our own ad campaigns and our conversion tracking;
• upload conversions for leads that came to us through our own website, so we can see which ads bring real enquiries;
• read the reviews on our own Google Business Profile and post replies and updates to it (once Google approves our access to the Business Profile API).

Who uses it

Only Tamlik Properties staff. The tool runs on Tamlik's own computers and connects only to Tamlik's own Google Ads account and Tamlik's own Business Profile listing. It is not offered to other businesses or to the public.

What Google data it uses, and why

When a Tamlik staff member authorises the tool with their Google account, it asks for these permissions:

• Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): to read campaign performance for our own ads account, to create and manage our own campaigns and conversion tracking, and to upload our own website lead conversions.
• Google Business Profile (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage): to read reviews on our own business listing and to post replies and updates to it.
• Google Cloud (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform): to work with our own Google Cloud project, through which the tool calls the Google APIs above.

The tool uses this access only for the tasks listed on this page and only for Tamlik's own accounts.

What it does not do

• It does not offer sign-in to the public.
• It does not access other businesses' Google accounts.
• It does not sell or share Google user data with anyone.
• It does not use Google user data to advertise to individuals, beyond measuring conversions for Tamlik's own ads.
• It does not store Google account passwords.

Storage and revoking access

The access tokens the tool receives from Google are stored only on Tamlik's own computers. Anyone who has authorised the tool can remove its access at any time from their Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Google API Services User Data Policy

Tamlik Marketing Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
