We had a great experience with Ismahan. She helped us finding an amazing property up to our expectations and finalizing all the paperwork. She is friendly, professional, proactive, accommodating trustworthy and very helpful.
Amazing Real Estate Agent
My sister recently purchased a home in Muscat, Oman, and I had the pleasure of traveling with her throughout the process. We were unfamiliar with the country, the real estate market, and many of the local regulations, but thankfully we had Ismahan guiding us every step of the way.
Ismahan was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, answer all of our questions, and make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
What impressed me most was that her support didn’t stop after we signed the contract in February 2026. She continued to keep us updated and informed throughout the entire process until the closing in May 2026. Having someone we could trust while purchasing property in a country we were not very familiar with made such a big difference.
We are extremely grateful for everything Ismahan did for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property or invest in Muscat, Oman. She is someone you can trust to go the extra mile and make the entire experience much easier and more comfortable.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Ismahan, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. She was always quick to assist and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She works for what I consider one of the best real estate rental offices in Muscat. Her excellent relationships with clients and colleagues reflect her positive character and outstanding customer service skills.
What stood out most was that she continued to follow up and provide support even after her work was completed, showing genuine care, sincerity, and commitment.
I wish her continued success and all the very best in her career. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would like to thank Ismahan from Tamil Properties for her outstanding professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. She is extremely responsive, supportive, and always available to assist and answer enquiries promptly — even during weekends.
What truly stands out about Ismahan is her commitment, communication skills, and the effort she puts into her work. She handles everything professionally and makes the experience smooth and stress-free.
I am very satisfied dealing with her and would highly recommend Ismahan to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking property consultant.
Great experience with Tamlik. I moved country and had not much information when we first came, Ismahan was very helpful, I remember her responding even at the last minute in the late afternoon for some viewings. In terms of maintenance, they are always fast to respond whenever anything is broken or any help needed. Would recommend. Thank you
Ismahan Omer is really one of the best property sale agents I have seen. She really dedicated very friendly and cooperative. I am really happy to deal with her she is excellent.
Ismahan really helped with finding our new home! She carried negotiations on our behalf as if the property is for herself. Everything was done in such a professional way, communication was very effective, procedures and follow-ups were conducted very well. We really appreciate her services and her kindness!
It was my first time when I’ve worked with realtor for the purpose of rent . I was looking for apartment/villa for quite some time before I found something valuable. Ismahan gave me exactly what I was looking for . Thank you for attention to the details and careful respect of the core requirements. Also very good level of English and understanding of international expectation. Rarely met in Oman.
