Yes. Title at The Links is perpetual, transferable, and inheritable. Resale to other foreign buyers is permitted, subject to standard registration.
Are family members covered by the residency?
The owner's residence covers the buyer's spouse and first-degree relatives, subject to the required documents. Siblings are not covered, and the permit ends when the home is sold.
