Does buying in Wadi Zaha qualify for Oman's golden visa?

Any freehold purchase in an eligible area, including Wadi Zaha, qualifies the owner for Oman's renewable owner residency permit, at any price. From OMR 250,000, purchases also qualify for the national Golden Residency programme relaunched in August 2025 (5 year permit, or 10 years from OMR 500,000).
