From viewing to title deed, with your Tamlik agent
What happens, in order, when you buy through us.
- You see the home with the agent named on the listing, and agree the price and terms with the owner through them.
- Ask to see the title deed and the survey sketch (kroki). The Ministry asks for both when the sale is registered.
- Both sides sign at the Ministry of Housing, or send someone with a power of attorney. Both must be at least 18.
- The fees are paid and the new title deed is issued in your name. Your agent stays with you until the keys are handed over.
