Your rental contract with Tamlik, step by step
From the first message to the keys.
- Your agent confirms the home is still available and checks the terms with the owner.
- You see it together, then agree the rent, the start date and who pays what.
- The owner and you sign the lease. It must be registered with the municipality within one month of signing.
- With the registered lease, the electricity and water accounts can move to your name.
From Tamlik: this is how we work. The one-month registration rule is in Royal Decree 6/89. If your case is different, ask your agent.
